When can I start?
The program can be started at any time. Making sure to integrate new clients carefully enables us to spend time with each and every member upon sign up.

Do I have to get weighed?
We use several different methods – photos, measurements and the scales. Using all 3 allows us to obtain information from all sources.

What support will I get with my nutrition?

Once you join up, you will be given time to discuss your current situation. We then decide together how you would like to proceed. This could be with a clean 21 day detox, portion control, macro tracking or by following our 28 day meal plans.

Do I need to sign a contract?
No, after the 8 weeks initial membership you continue month by month. You can cancel at any time.

Do I have to commit to 3 classes a week?
Yes, it’s really important that you attend 3 classes a week. You can book these yourself online and can mix and match them to suit your lifestyle.
