For the first time in my life I have come and completed an hour of fitness a day (YES EVERYDAY) apart from Sunday! 8 days in a row now and I love it. I already feel happier and healthier and I find that I’m naturally getting myself to class just because I want to do it !! I love my comfort food and being lazy but NOT anymore. Jaine and Mark make every session different and they are so amazing supportive towards us all. I can’t stress enough how I believe every woman needs this in their every day life because you will become a healthy, fit, version of yourself that you love and everyone who I have met there have been so lovely. I feel like I’ve known everyone for longer than 8 days!!!! I feel so proud to be apart of AbFabFit Club and I can’t actually believe how proud of myself I feel and also it’s nice to hear my partner say he’s proud of me too. It’s a WIN WIN for everyone xx
Fantastic, friendly, ladies only gym with no Ego’s in site! Great workouts and nutritional advice which helps you lose weight and get fit and boosts your confidence! Jaine is such an inspiration along with her team and offers such great support for everyone. Throughly recommend to anyone looking to join a gym!

I was hooked after my first session! And immediately knew I wanted to do at least the 8 week program. Currently in my 4th week, I have lost 5lb in weight, can feel the difference in my muscles, reached goals and smashed pb’s whilst having lots of fun and continued support from Jaine and the other lovely members. Ladies, I have dabbled in so many exercise programmes and diets! Short term they have been great, but never have I had results like this. Before you ask....no I haven’t been paid to give this review. This is a genuine post. Abfabfit has been the best thing I have ever done. Not only have I lost weight, It has transformed my life. The way I feel and think about exercise and food! I wanted to start training a long time ago as I found going to gym boring and I wanted the training to be effective. I’m very glad I joined the 8 week program. Jaine is very supportive and helpful, while looking after the team of us she pays a lot of attention to each of us individually. The atmosphere is always friendly and motivating. A lot of advice was given about nutrition and Jaine has shown me that it is very easy to eat clean. My physical form has changed a lot and also became way more fit than I was 8 weeks ago.
I hate gyms, I didn’t exercise - I crashed dieted before any event or holiday to loose weight only to watch that and more go on afterwards. Then I saw this ad of Facebook - thought it was time I did something!! My initial call with Jaine was like I was speaking to someone that understood my needs - what I personally wanted and I knew she would help me. The classes are brilliant, everyone is a challenge but makes you feel great after.. and the ladies in classes are all so friendly and welcoming - for someone unsure and not used to training in anyway - everyone’s been lovely and I’ve yet to met anyone that’s not encouraging. It motivates you to want to go - I just wish I had the time to go more. Without a doubt the best change I have ever made and it’s made shopping for clothes more of a pleasure and less of an ordeal- Jaine you have started something special - thank you for letting me be a part of it!

I just don’t know where to begin....I’ve always enjoyed going to the gym and attending my favourite classes but this is just something else. Jaine and the women I train with make this experience so much fun. There’s no doubt that I’m going to continue after the 8 weeks, I probably knew that after my first class. If you think you’re too old, too unfit, too fat for the gym then think again - it won’t be long before you’re smashing it like the rest of us. Jaine is a fantastic PT, Very friendly and supportive and her group training classes are energetic, varied and challenging. Jaine goes over and beyond in her nutritional coaching, providing a multitude of choices for recipes each week along with motivational emails to keep everyone on track. Highly recommended.

Best form of fitness and nutritional support I have found after trying PT, other classes and the gym! Every class is varied and challenging yet Jaine always takes the time to accommodate personal specifications to anyone’s needs. You find yourself socialising as well as working out so it’s more like having fun in an environment that is both encouraging and supportive. I can’t believe the change in my fitness levels after just 7 weeks and I owe it all to an amazing instructor and group.
